摘要
针对活性染料在绢丝和羊毛纤维的染色差异,为实现绢丝/羊毛织物活性染料同浴同色染色,筛选了适用的三原色活性染料,探讨了染色工艺对同色性能的影响,并进行了产业化试生产。研究结果表明,选择合理元明粉质量浓度、调控分段染色温度和保温时间,能显著改善染色同色性。在平幅液流染色机中,染色绢丝/羊毛织物的同色效果好。
Aiming at the dyeing difference of reactive dye in spun silk and wool, applicable trichromatic reactive dyes were choosen to realize homochromy and one-bath dyeing of spun silk/wool. The influence of dyeing process on homochromatism was researched, and the industrial pilot production was conducted. The results show that rational concentration of anhydrous sodium sulfate, dyeing temperature and heat preservation time can significantly improve dyeing homochromatism. Homochromy effect of dyed spun silk/wool is good in open-width flow dyeing machine.
