摘要 目的探讨联合配对法、PBL和模拟教学法在心血管技能教学中的效果。方法对心血管CCU学习心血管技能的92名学生随机分为配对教学组与单一教学组,两组均采用PBL和模拟教学法对心血管技能进行教学。比较两组学习效果及对教学方法的满意度。结果 (1)配对组在心电图解释、电除颤、心脏听诊等技能成绩均优于单一教学组(P<0.05);(2)两组在动脉血压测定、做心电图技能无明显统计学差异(P>0.05);(3)配对组学生对教学方法满意度高于单一教学组(P<0.05)。结论在PBL和模拟教学法基础上,联合应用配对教学法能够提高部分心血管临床技能学习成绩,提高学生满意度。 Objective To explore the effects of the combination of pairing method, problem based learning (.PBL) and simulating method in cardiovascular clinical skills teaching. Methods Ninety-two students studying in the CCU were randomly divided into pairing teaching group and single teaching group. All students were receiving PBL and simulating teaching. Studying effects and teaching satisfaction were evaluated. Results (1) Skills of ECG interpretation, defibrillation, cardiac auscultation were better in pairing teaching group than that in single teaching group (P〈~)315), (2) No significant differences were found in skills of arterial blood pressure measurement and ECG operation between the two groups (P〉0.05), (3) Teaching satisfaction were higher in pairing teaching group than that in single teaching group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Combination of pairing method based on PBL and simulating method can improve cardiovascular clinical teaching skills partly and improve student satisfaction.
