摘要
为建立检测杨树花口服液、白头翁口服液、止痢散、黄连解毒散、止咳散等5种兽用中药制剂中违规添加利福平的高效液相色谱方法,研究采用液体样品直接用流动相(乙腈-甲醇-磷酸盐缓冲液)稀释,固体样品经甲醇提取、流动相稀释,高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器检测。结果显示,利福平在5~500μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好;5种兽用中药制剂的添加回收率在92%~106%之间,变异系数在0.50%~4.25%之间,表明该方法回收率较好,准确度较高,可用于兽用中药制剂中违规添加利福平的定性定量检测。
The quantitative determination method of rifampicin in the five veterinary traditional chinese medicine preparation in cluding Yangshuhua Koufuye,Baitouweng Koufuye,Zhili San,Huanglianjiedu San,Zhike San by HPLC was established. Solid samples extracted by methanol,mobile phase( acetonitrile- methanol- phosphate buffer) dilution,liquid samples directly diluted with mobile phase,high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detector. The results showed,rifampicin in 5 ~ 500 μg / m L concentration range of linear relationship is good; 5 kinds of veterinary traditional chinese medicine preparation recoveries in 92% ~ 106%,the coefficient of variation in 0. 50% ~ 4. 25%. The method has good recovery rate,accuracy is higher,which can be used for qualitative and quantitative detection of rifampicin illegally added in veterinary traditional chinese medicinal preparation.
