中餐烹饪教学中“翻转课堂”的应用 被引量:3

摘要 "翻转课堂"教学时一种新的教学理念和方法,其是将课堂教学和知识技能做一颠倒性安排,将传统的以"教"为主体的教学模式改为以"学"为主,从而全面提升学生的学习兴趣与教学质量,加强师生之间的互动交流。本文就"翻转课堂"在中餐烹饪教学中的应用可行性作一简单的探索研究,并提出应用的具体措施,以期为相关院校的中餐烹饪教学提供良好的借鉴。 "Flipped classroom teaching a new teaching ideas and methods, which is the classroom teaching and knowledge and skills to do a reverse arrangement, to the traditional" teaching "as the main body of the teaching mode changed to" learn ", thereby enhancing the overall students" interest in learning and teaching quality, strength- en the interaction between teachers and students.
