基于校院二级管理体制下行政工作的创新研究与实践——以广州城建职业学院为例

校院两级管理体制的良性运转有利于学校工作的顺利开展。在校院两级管理中,由于办学自主权的运用不到位,各职能部门关系处理不合理,导致校院两级管理工作存在一系列困境。学校应从自身实际出发,转变管理职能,增强服务意识,加强团队合作,协调好内外关系,创新院校两级管理工作。

The two levels of management system of school is good for the smooth development of school work. In school two management, because of the use of school autonomy is not in place, the functional departments of the re- lationship management is unreasonable, resulting in the school two management, a series of difficulties. The school should start from its own reality, change the management function, enhance the service consciousness, strengthen the team cooperation, coordinate the internal and external relations, and innovate the two levels of management of the Uni- versity.
