摘要
中等职业教育的目的是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质劳动者和应用技能人才。中职学校钳工实训教学必须转变教育观念,改变只重训练忽视思维能力的模仿式教学,在教学过程中激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生科学思维方式,加强学生创造性思维能力培养,使学生在个性发展和释放过程中创新能力得到发展,为社会和企业培养更多具有创新意识和创造能力的应用技能人才。
The secondary occupation education is to train high-quality workers and skilled application-oriented talents with innovative spirit and practical ability. Fitter Practice Teaching in secondary vocational school must change the concept of education; change the imitation teaching which ignores the thinking ability of training students' interest in learning to arouse students' learning interest; cultivate students' scientific ways of thinking and strengthen the cultivation of students' creative thinking ability to develop students' personality and innovation ability; educate human resources with innovative consciousness and creative ability for enterprises and our society.
