翻译项目管理跨管理学与翻译学两门学科,呈现管理学与翻译学的紧密结合。本文结合管理学中项目管理理论与翻译学中翻译过程理论探索翻译项目管理模式。根据翻译的特点本文将翻译项目管理分成译前、译中和译后的翻译项目管理三个阶段加以阐述,全面系统的论述了翻译项目管理的各个阶段应该考虑和注意的相关问题。

Translation project management involves two academic disciplines-management and translation. Project management studies and translation studies are closely combined together in translation project management. The objective of this paper is to explore the parameters influencing the three stages of a translation project, which are before translation project management, during translation project management and after translation project management.
