摘要 目的探索目前针对糖尿病患者开展健康教育的适宜方法。方法回顾了糖尿病健康教育的历史沿革以及我国开展糖尿病健康教育的方式及经验。18年来,我院通过开展医护人员的培训,提高教育者的水平。利用周末的时间开展了糖尿病教育大讲堂、护理教育小课堂、个别辅导等多种形式的健康教育。通过"基础胰岛素临床规范化使用优化管理项目"对需要进行胰岛素治疗的患者进行管理。针对我们在健康教育上存在的问题,展望了PDCA循环结合糖尿病全程健康教育模式,授权教育模式,结构化教育模式等新的教育模式带来的变化和取得的效果。结论糖尿病健康教育正在从传授式教育向以患者为中心的主动参与方向改变。 Objective To explore suitable methods of health education for diabetes mellitus. Methods Reviewing the history of diabetes mellitus health education as well as our experiences and ways to carry out diabetes mellitus health education. Through the last 18 years,our hospital has been training our medical staff to improve their teaching ability. Also, we used the weekend time to hold some diabetes mellitus workshops, nursing education seminars, individual counseling meeting and other forms of health education. By using the "Chinese Optimal Managment For Patitens With Long-acting Insulin Analogue for FPG Normalization Clinical and Excellance(COMPLIANCE)", we managed the patients who required insulin therapy. According to the problems in health education, we prospected the changes and results that brought by the PDCA cycle in health education for diabetes mellitus, authorized education model, structured education model and other new education modes. Conclusion Health education for diabetes mellitus are changing from traditional education model to the new methods that patient-centeredness actively participates in our activity.
