从肝脾论治2型糖尿病探析

Analysis of Treatment Based on Liver and Spleen for TypeⅡDiabetes

传统认为糖尿病的发生多与肺、胃、肾密切相关,辨证多以阴虚燥热为纲,本文根据历代中医文献对消渴病的论述及济宁地区的生活习惯,结合临床实践和肝脾的病理生理特性、肝脾的相互关系,阐述肝脾在发病中的重要性,提示肝郁脾虚为2型糖尿病致病的重要病机,提出以疏肝健脾为法治疗2型糖尿病,结合现代生化指标初步解释治疗原理。举验案1例。

Traditionally diabetes is closely related to lung, stomach and kidney, dryness-heat yin deficiency is the key link of syndrome differentiation. According to ancient Chinese literature of Diabetes and lifestyle of Jining area, combining clinical practice, characteristic of physiology and pathology of liver and spleen and relation of liver and spleen, explained the importance of the liver and spleen in the pathogenesis of exposition, pointed out that stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency was the important pathogenesis of type Ⅱ diabetes,proposed soothing liver and strengthening spleen was used to treat type Ⅱ diabetes, and biochemical indicators were applied to illustrate theory of the treatment. At last, one case was presented.
