理气和胃方治疗消化道肿瘤的应用

Application of Liqi Hewei Decoction on the Treatment of Digestive Tract Tumor

目的观察中药自拟益气和胃方配合化疗在消化道肿瘤患者治疗中的临床疗效。方法将180例胃癌、食管癌、大肠癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例,两组均采用规范的化疗方案,治疗组加服中药理气和胃方,21天为一个治疗周期,观察两组中医证候疗效、生活质量、体重等指标的变化。结果两组中医证候疗效、生活质量、体重变化等对比,治疗组明显优于对照组,差别均有统计学意义。结论自拟理气和胃方配合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤,可明显改善患者症状,提高疗效及生活质量,并能有效降低化疗毒副作用。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of Liqi Hewei decoction combined chemotherapy in treating patient with digestive tract tumors. Methods 180 patients with digestive tract tumors were randomly divided into treatment group（90 cases） and control group（90 cases）. The two groups were treated with chemotherapy, and the treatment group was given Liqi Hewei decoction. A treatment course was 21 days. The effect of TCM syndromes, quality of life and changes of body weight were observed. Results It is significantly higher than those of the control group by effect of TCM syndromes, quality of life and changes of body weight, differences were statistically signif-icant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The results suggested that Liqi Hewei decoction combined chemotherapy in treating patient with digestive tract tumors can improve patients＇ syndromes, increase effects and quality of life, also effectively decrease side effect of chemotherapy.
