中药外敷结合腔内灌注及深部热疗治疗恶性胸腔积液40例

External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with Intracavitary Perfusion and Hyperthermia on the Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion for 40 Cases

目的观察中药外敷结合腔内灌注及深部热疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将80例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,对照组予顺铂80 mg+氯化钠100 ml胸腔灌注,治疗组在此基础上给予自拟中药外敷局部后同时配以深部热疗。观察两组治疗2疗程后疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组总有效率为67.5%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义;治疗组生活质量改善率65%,对照组35%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义;在白细胞下降、胃肠道反应等不良反应发生率方面治疗组均低于对照组。结论中药外敷结合腔内灌注及深部热疗治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效肯定,且可提高患者临床症状和生活质量,不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of ex ternal application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with intracavitary perfusion and hyperthermia on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods 80 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into treatment group with 40 cases and control group with 40 cases. The control group was given80 mg cisplatin sodium chloride and 100 ml pleural perfusion. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with intracavitary perfusion. The effects of the two groups were observed after 2courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%, the total effective rate of the control group was67.5%, and the difference was statistically significant. The quality of life of the treatment group was 65 %, the quality of life of the control group was 35%, and the difference was statistically significant. The reductions in leukocyte, the incidence of adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reaction of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion external application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with intracavitary perfusion and hyperthermia on the treatment of malignant pleural effusion is effective, and can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life, also had less adverse reaction.
