仙龙颗粒治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌35例

Xianlong Granules on the Treatment of Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的观察并总结仙龙颗粒治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床疗效。方法经细胞学和(或)组织学检查证实为晚期非小细胞肺癌70例,一线化疗后单纯口服中药维持治疗,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组:单纯口服消癌平片;治疗组:单纯口服仙龙颗粒,两组患者均口服中药1个月。观察两组病人的生活质量评分、中医临床症候疗效。结果治疗组35例中,生活质量评分总改善率68.6%;对照组总改善率65.7%,两组比较无显著差异。治疗组中医临床症候总改善率65.7%,对照组总改善率60.0%,两组比较无显著差异。结论中药仙龙颗粒维持治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌可显著改善患者临床症状及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and summarize the clinical efficacy of Xianlong granules on the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 70 cases of patients suffering from advanced non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by cytology and（ or）histological examination, and all of them are treated with traditional Chinese medicine after line chemotherapy, then randomly dividing them into treatment group and control group. The control groups only took orally cancer-killing Ping tablets; the treatment group took orally Xianlong granules, and both the two groups of patients are treated with oral traditional Chinese medicine for one month. The patient＇s scores of quality of life and the efficacy of TCM clinical symptoms then are observed. Results The improvement rate of scores of quality of life in the treatment group and the control group was 68.6 % and 65.7%, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups. In addition, the improvement of TCM clinical symptom in the treatment group and the control group was 65.7 %and 60.0%, respectively, also there is no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and life quality of patients suffering from advanced non-small cell lung cancer when treating with traditional Chinese medicine Xianlong granules, so it is worthy of clinical application.
