消癥方治疗卵巢囊肿48例

Xiaozheng Decoction on the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts for 48 Cases

目的观察消癥方治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。方法收集河南省中医院48例门诊患者为研究对象,均采用消癥方(酒大黄,土元,浙贝母,玄参,牡蛎,三棱,莪术,皂角刺,川芎,鳖甲,当归,赤芍,丹皮,桂枝,茯苓等)治疗,连续治疗30天为1疗程,观察其临床疗效。结果痊愈15例,显效13例,有效15例,无效5例。总的有效率89.6%。结论卵巢囊肿采用消癥方治疗,活血化瘀、散结消癥,临床疗效明显,副作用小,能更好的保全患者的生育能力,值得推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Xiaozheng decoction on the treatment of ovarian cysts. Methods 48 outpatients with ovarian cyst were selected from Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research objects, and they were given Xi-aozheng prescription（wine rhubarb, eupolyphaga, fritillaria thunberglii, scrophulariae, oysters, rhizome sparganii, rhizoma zedoariae, spina gleditsiae, ligustici wallichii, turtle shell, Chinese angelica, red paeony root, cortex moutan, cassia twig, poria cocos, etc.）. The consecutive treatment of 30 days was one treatment course, and its clinical effect was observed. Results 15 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 15 cases were effective, 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 89.6 %. Conclusion Xiaozheng decoction on the treatment of ovarian cysts had obvious clinical curative effects, and had the effect of promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis and eliminating cysts, what is more, its side effect was small, and can better protect the patient＇s ovarian, and was worth clinical promoting.
