摘要
目的探讨心血宁片对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法选取门诊慢性心衰患者35例,治疗组18例,对照组17例,两组均予西医常规疗法,治疗组在常规疗法基础上加用心血宁片,每次4片,每日3次,连续治疗1个月。观察两组治疗后心功能的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为94.4%,对照组总有效率为82.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血宁片可一定程度上改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Xinxuening tablets on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 35 patients with chronic heart failure were selected from outpatient, and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The two groups were given ordinary treatment, while the treatment group added additional Xinxuening tablets on the basis of ordinary treat-ment, 4 tablets 3/d, for 1 month. The cardiac function was observed after the treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 94.4% and 82.3%, respectively, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinxuening tablets can improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.
