益肾消痛丸结合辅助疗法治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床观察

Clinical Research of Yishen Xiaotong Pill combined with Auxiliary Therapy on the Treatment of Early Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head

目的探讨益肾消痛丸治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。方法笔者随机选取早期股骨头缺血性坏死患者40例,采取肾消痛丸配合辅助疗法治疗6个疗程,并随访2年。对治疗前后患者影像学及生存质量情况进行比较分析。结果 40例股骨头缺血性坏死患者经治疗后,影像学表现明显改善,Harris评价优良率为85%,且治疗前后症状缓解明显。结论对股骨头缺血性坏死患者进行治疗时,采取肾消痛丸配合辅助疗法,对于改善患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量等方面有一定的临床意义。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Xiaotong pill on the treatment of acute osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Methods 40 patients with early osteonecrosis of the femoral head were randomly selected. All patients received Yishen Xiaotong pill combined with auxiliary therapy for six course of treatment, and followed up for 2 years. The Imaging and the quality of life of patients were compared and analyzed before and after treatment. Results The imaging performance of the 40 patients improved significantly, the Harris evaluation effective rate was 85%, and the symptoms alleviated after the treatment. Conclusion Yishen Xiaotong pill cooperate combined with auxiliary therapy on the treatment of acute osteonecrosis of the femoral head could improve the symptoms and the patient＇s quality of life, and had clinical significance.
