中药熏洗联合地奥司明治疗中风后肩手综合征40例

Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Joint Diosmin Therapy for Shoulder Hand Syndrome after Stroke for 40 Cases

目的观察中药熏洗联合地奥司明治疗中风后肩手综合征的疗效。方法 80例中风后肩手综合征I、Ⅱ期患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组予以常规对症处理,治疗组在常规处理基础上予以中药熏洗和地司奥明片口服治疗,治疗4周后对比两组患者临床症状(疼痛、水肿、患肢运动功能和手功能)及整体疗效改善情况。结果治疗后患肢疼痛、水肿评分有显著性下降,观察组较对照组下降更为明显;患肢运动功能、手功能评分也显著提高,观察组较对照组提高更为显著(P<0.05);观察组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率70.0%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论中药熏洗联合地奥司明治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效显著,副作用小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Observing the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation joint diosmin therapy for shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods 80 cases of patients with shoulder hand syndrome in period I or Ⅱ after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group（ n =40） and control group（ n =40）. The control group was treated by conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation joint oral diosmin on the basis of conventional treatment. Comparing clinical symptoms, such as pain, edema, limb motor function, hand function and overall efficacy of the two groups after 4 weeks. Results The score of pain, edema in sick limb had a significant decline after treatment, and the decline of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The score of movement function and hand function improve significantly, the improvement of the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%. The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, differences between the two groups had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation joint diosmin for shoulder hand syndrome after stroke is obvious, and its side effect is small. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
