电针合增液汤治疗脊髓损伤后便秘24例

Electric Acupuncture combined with Zengye Decoction on the Treatment of Constipation after Spinal Cord Injury for 24 Cases

目的观察电针配合增液汤治疗脊髓损伤后便秘的疗效。方法把48例脊髓损伤后便秘的患者分为治疗组和对照组,两组均进行常规康复治疗及肠道护理,治疗组还采用电针配合增液汤辨证治疗,治疗30天后评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗30天后,治疗组有效率为83.33%,对照组有效率为54.16%,两组对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论电针配合增液汤辨证加减治疗能明显改善脊髓损伤患者便秘情况,疗效较好。

Objective To observe the curative effects of electric acupuncture combined with Zengye decoction on the treatment of constipa-tion after spinal cord injury. Methods 48 patients with constipation after spinal cord injury were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Two groups were received routine rehabilitation therapy and nursing. In addition, the treatment group was treated by Zengye decoction and electric acupuncture. After 30 days, we evaluated the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results After30 days, the effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 83.33 % and 54.16%, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of electric acupuncture combined with Zengye decoction can signifi-cantly ameliorate the patients with constipation after spinal cord injury and the effect is better.
