胸腰椎压缩性骨折的中医康复护理分析

Analysis of Rehabilitation Nursing of TCM on Thoracic and Lumbar Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的研究中医康复护理对胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者康复依从性的作用效果。方法将2013年1月—2015年2月收治的108例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分成两组,试验组和对照组各54例。对试验组进行中医康复护理干预,对照组则实施常规护理措施。经过三周时间观察两组患者的并发症发生率及依从率并进行比较。结果试验组总的并发症发生率为24.1%,试验组显著低于对照组55.6%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组的依从率比对照组高。结论专业的中医康复护理干预可以显著提高胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的康复依从性,明显降低了不良反应发生率,也使得患者满意度显著提高。

Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing of TCM on compliance of thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture patients. Methods 108 thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture patients admitted in our hospital from 2013 January to2015 February were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The experiment group used rehabilitation nursing of TCM intervention; the control group was given the routine nursing measures. The two groups ＇ complications and compliance rate were observed and compared after three weeks. Results The total complication rate of the experimental group and the control group was 24.1% and 55.6%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）, the compliance rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing of TCM intervention can significantly improve the compliance of patients with thoracic and lumbar vertebral compression fracture; it is not only significantly reduces the incidence of adverse reactions, but also makes the patient satisfaction improved significantly.
