退黄合剂联合脐火疗法治疗阴黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎15例

Tuihuang Mixture combined with Umbilical Therapy on the Treatment of Yin Jaundice Hronic Severe Hepatitis B for 15 Cases

目的比较退黄合剂联合脐火疗法与西药治疗对阴黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎患者症状、体征、肝功能的影响。方法将阴黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎患者30例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用退黄合剂联合脐火疗法,对照组采用多烯磷脂胆碱针治疗。两组治疗20日后,观察临床症状、体征、肝功能等的变化。结果治疗组在症状、体征、肝功能改善方面均明显优于对照组,二者相比有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论退黄合剂联合脐火疗法在改善阴黄型慢性乙型重型肝炎方面具有显著的作用,是值得推广的一种效高价廉的方法。

Objective To compare the effects of symptoms, signs, and liver function of Tuihuang mixture combined with umbilical therapy and Western medicine on the treatment of yin jaundice chronic severe hepatitis B. Methods 30 cases of yin jaundice chronic severe hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received Tuihuang Mixture combined with umbilical therapy. The control group adopted Polyene Phosphatidylcholine intravenous infusion treatment. Changes of clinical symptoms,signs and liver function, etc. of the two groups were observed after treatment for 20 days. Results The improvement of symptoms, signs and liver function of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Tuihuang mixture combined with umbilical therapy on the aspect of improving yin jaundice chronic severe hepatitis B had significantly effect, and was worth promoting method of a kind of high efficiency and low price.
