针刺配合止痛药治疗骨转移癌疼痛疗法探析

Discussion on Acupuncture combined with Analgesic on the Treatment of Metastatic Bone Pain

肿瘤细胞未得到有效的控制,发生转移,由原发灶转移到骨而形成骨转移瘤。对骨转移瘤的治疗,西医常采用放射疗法、化学药物疗法以及内分泌调节等方法进行治疗[1]。其治疗常不可避免产生副作用,且不易于其长期预后。本病在中医学范围内常被称作骨瘤、骨疽等[2]。查阅截止当前,国内的统编教材以及出版的相关刊物,并未有对本病的系统专篇论述,或虽有此类病名却无具体内容者,或仅见个别研究治疗癌性疼痛的药物的个例报道。综上,本文对骨转移瘤疼痛的临床治疗方法进行了相关的探讨与分析。

Tumor cells have not been effectively controlled, and metastasized, transferred from the primary lesion of bone and bone metastases. For treatment of metastatic bone tumor, doctors often used radiation therapy, treatment such as chemotherapy drugs and en-docrine regulation. The side-effects of treatment were inevitable, and were not ease for its long-term prognosis. Within the scope of this disease in TCM, it often referred to as bone tumors, osteomyelitis and so on. Up to now, there were no systemic articles, or who may have such name, but who had no specific content, or only individual case reports of research on drugs to treat metastatic bone pain in domestic unified teaching materials as well as publishing-related publications. To sum up, this article included related study and analysis on clini-cal treatment of metastatic bone tumor pain.
