摘要
饮食是维持人体生命活动的重要因素,中医饮食护理也是辨证施护的重要方法之一,运用正确的中医整体观念及辨证施膳理论,结合实践,在治疗疾病的过程中或康复保健方面,进行营养和膳食的调护和指导显得尤为重要。饮食虽能维护人体的生长发育,但如果饮食失宜、饱饥无常、饮食不节,或过食生冷瓜果菜,或肥甘厚味无度,或暴饮暴食等均可导致疾病发生,也可因偏食或摄入不良而致病。鉴于饮食能提高治疗效果、促进患者康复,护理上应遵循中医理论体系,做好饮食调护。

Diet can maintain the body 's growth and development, but if the improper diet, full day of imperma-nence, improper diet, or eating raw fruits and vegetables, or Feigan Atsumi excessive, or overeating can lead to disease, but also because of the partial eclipse or ingestion of adverse disease. In view of diet can improve the treatment effect and promote the rehabilitation of pa-tients, we should follow the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and diet nursing.
