中医护理对更年期综合征患者生活质量的影响

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing on the Quality of Life of the Patients with Climacteric Syndrome

目的研究分析中医护理对于更年期综合征患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2012年10月—2014年12月收治的58例更年期综合征患者,将所有患者按照自愿接受治疗顺序平均分为对照组29例、观察组29例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上采用中医护理,观察两组患者护理后的生活质量评分情况,并进行综合比较分析。结果观察组患者在心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能、物质功能以及生活质量总评分等方面均显著优于对照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医护理对于更年期综合征患者具有显著的临床价值,能够有效改善患者生活质量,增强自我健康意识,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the quality of life of the patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods Selecting 58 cases with climacteric syndromein in our hospital. All patients in accordance with the order of involun-tary treatment were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,the observation group received additionally traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group. The quality of life scores of the two groups were observed and compared after nursing. Results The physical function,psychological function,social function,physical function and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion the traditional Chinese medicine nursing has significant clinical value for the patients with climacteric syndrome,can effectively improve the patients＇ quality of life,and enhance self health awareness. It was worthy of clinical application.
