宣痹止痛汤治疗冠心病心绞痛验案举隅

Experienced Cases of Xuanbi Zhitong Decoction on the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina

目的观察自拟"宣痹止痛汤"治疗冠心病、心绞痛的疗效。方法辨病与辨证相结合,并通过五脏协同论治(心胃辨治、心肝辨治、心肺辨治、心脾辨治、心肾辨治)的方法,运用宣痹止痛汤对冠心病、心绞痛,进行治疗观察。结果采用宣痹止痛汤,对冠心病、心绞痛,辨证加减用药取得了满意的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of self-made Xuanbi Zhitong decoction on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina. Methods Combining disease and syndrome differentiation, and by the method of five zang viscera synergy treatment（heart and stomach syndrome treatment, heart and liver syndrome treatment, heart and lung syndrome treatment, heart and spleen syndrome treatment, heart and kidney syndrome treatment）, using Xuanbi Zhitong decoction on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina,and observing the therapeutic effect. Results Using Xuanbi Zhitong decoction on the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina,syndrome treatment and modified medicine has obtained satisfactory therapeutic effect.
