中风后遗症社区康复现状调查

Survey on Current Situation of the Community Rehabilitation of Stroke Sequela

目的了解郑州市中风后遗症患者社区康复现状,探讨中风后遗症社区康复模式。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对郑州市辖的7个区的23家社区卫生服务站或社区卫生服务中心进行调查。结果所调查的社区均开展有中风后遗症康复服务,对中风后遗症患者所使用的康复方法中,针灸的使用率最高,其次为运动治疗,中药外用,内服中药和导引,其他诸如理疗、推拿、按摩、艾灸、拔罐等也有应用,但并不普遍。绝大多数患者愿意接受社区康复,对中风相关知识了解迫切。虽多数患者能够坚持治疗,但由于病程长,见效慢,家人不支持等原因,部分患者并未能坚持康复。结论社区康复具有花费少、易于推广、方便患者就近治疗的特点,不失为中风后遗症患者的主要选择。但由于医生和患者对中风后遗症相关知识缺乏认识,健康宣教不充分,影响了一些方法的运用。社区医院的康复器材不足,康复科规模小,训练有素的专门人才缺乏等现状严重限制了中风后遗症患者的康复。

Objective To investigate the current situation of community rehabilitation of stroke sequel in Zhengzhou city, and to explore the community rehabilitation mode for stroke sequela in urban areas. Methods Through adopting questionnaire designed by ourselves, 23 community health service centers and stations from 7 districts governed by Zhengzhou were investigated. Results All the investigated communities have rehabilitation services. As to the methods on the patients with stroke sequela, acupuncture was applied most frequently,followed by exercise therapy, external and internal dosage of Chinese medicine, and physical and breathing exercise. Others such as physical therapy, tuina, massage, moxibustion, and cupping were used as well, yet not widely. The vast majority patients are willing to receive community rehabilitation service, and are eager to get more related knowledge. Though most patients can adhere to treatment, some still fail to recover because of long duration, slow effect, and nonsupport of families. Conclusion With the advantage of low cost, easy popularization, and convenient to patients nearby, community rehabilitation is undoubtedly a main choice for stroke sequela patients. However,doctors and patients lack of cognition and knowledge on stroke sequela, and inadequate health propaganda and education influenced the application of some methods. Current status such as insufficient equipment, small size of rehabilitation department, and short of professional personnel severely limits the rehabilitation of stroke sequela patients.
