利胆清毒汤治疗慢性胆囊炎胆胃湿热证35例

Lidan Qingdu Decoction on the Treatment of Chronic Cholecystitis with Syndrome of Dampness-Heat of Gallbladder and Stomach for 35 Cases

目的探讨自拟利胆清毒汤对慢性胆囊炎胆胃湿热证的疗效。方法应用完全随机对照原则将70例实验对象按随机数字表随机分为两组:实验组与对照组。实验组患者与对照组患者分别给予自拟利胆清毒汤与消炎利胆片进行治疗,进而比较自拟利胆清毒汤与消炎利胆片对慢性胆囊炎胆胃湿热证的临床疗效。结果实验组的总有效率及临床显效率均较对照组高(P<0.05),表明实验组疗效明显优于对照组。结论自拟利胆清毒汤治疗慢性胆囊炎胆胃湿热证能显著改善患者的临床表现,具有确切的临床疗效以及较高的安全性。

Objective To observe the curative effects of Lidan Qingdu decoction on the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with syndrome of dampness-heat of gallbladder and stomach. Methods 70 cases of damp- heat syndrome of chronic cholecystitis were divided into two groups, the treatment group（ n =35） and the control group（ n =35）. 35 cases of the group were treated with Xiaoyan Lidan tablets,while 35 cases of the treatment group were given the self-made Lidan Qingdu decoction. The change of tongue fur of chronic cholecystitis with syndrome of dampness-heat of gallbladder and stomach and clinical effect of the two groups after 2 weeks treatment were observed respectively. Results After treatment, the curative effects of the treatment group was better than that the control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion The self-made Lidan Qingdu decoction can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, and had significant effect and higher safety.
