研究高职高专中医药类毕业生就业质量评价体系的目的在于更好的监控和指导人才培养过程,促进高职高专中医药类专业的健康持续发展。本文从国内外就业质量评价研究出发,结合高职高专中医药类毕业生就业特征,从就业率、就业对口率、薪酬福利、职业发展前景、执业资格证、满意度、工作环境、区域中医药文化八个方面构建了高职高专中医药类毕业生就业质量评价体系。
