医学类高校研究生教育管理工作的若干思考

在医疗卫生事业迅速发展,医学类研究生招生规模不断增长而现有教育资源增长缓慢的实际情况下,作为培养高层次研究生人才的基地,如何适应研究生教育面临的复杂的内外部环境,提高研究生的创新能力和保障研究生的培养质量是高等院校研究生教育管理工作的重点。本文结合基层管理工作经历,就医学类普通高校研究生教育管理工作中存在的问题做了简要分析,并提出几点对策。

With the rapid development of medical and health, the enrollment scale of medical students is increasing and the existing edu-cation resources are slow growing, colleges and universities play a primary role in cultivating superior talents. The focus of medical post-graduates＇ educational management is to improve innovation capability and ensure cultivation quality when faced with complex internal and external environment. Based on author＇s work experience of primary level management, the essay gave a brief analysis of the problems existing in the management of postgraduates＇ educational management, and the essay is served for soliciting the valued opinions of others.
