中药饮片审方的作用与改进

Role and Improvement of Prescriptions Review of Prepared Drug in Pieces of Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的对中药饮片调剂中审方的作用与改进措施予以探讨。方法将中药房2013年1月—2013年12月间的中药饮片调剂审方作为对照组,在对照组的基础上对中药饮片调剂中审方的作用与改进措施予以探讨,并将相关的改进措施应用于2014年1月—2014年12月的中药饮片调剂审方工作中,将其观察组,对两组的审方效率与审方差错率予以对比分析。结果两组的中药饮片调剂中的审方效率具有明显的差异,观察组明显优于对照组,并且差异具有统计学意义;对照组的中药饮片调剂审方差错率为0.02%,观察组的中药饮片调剂审方的差错率为1.5%,两组的审方差错率具有明显的差异,并且差异具有统计学意义。结论在实施中药饮片调剂审方改进之后,使得审方效率明显提升,审方差错率明显降低,值得在实际应用中推广。

Objective To discuss the role and improvement measures of prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods From January 2013 to December 2013, considering the prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine in pharmacy of TCM department as control group. On the basis of the control group, applying improvement measures of prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine in January 2014 to December 2014. The efficiency and analy-sis of error rate were compared. Results The efficiency of the two groups of prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine has obvious differences, the efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the differ-ence was statistically significant. The error rate of the control group of prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine was 0.02%, the error rate of the observation group of prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine was 1.5%, the error rate of the two groups of prescriptions review has obvious difference, and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion After the implementation of prescriptions review of prepared drug in pieces of Chinese herbal medicine, prescriptions review efficiency improved significantly, and error rate of prescriptions review decreased obviously. It was worth popularizing in the practical ap-plication.
