基层医疗机构临床免疫检验的现状调查

Status Quo of Clinical Immunoassay in Grassroots Medical Institutions

目的根据当前基层医疗机构医疗服务中关于临床免疫检验的现状做出调查。方法选取一些卫生院和社区卫生服务中心进行抽样分析调查,选取选定居民88例,患者样本88例,在抽查中免疫检验系统控制观察组和质量控制对照组40例进行分析和比对,做出关于免疫检验在临床上操作功效和几率的分析。结果在针对基层医疗机构临床免疫检验的现状调查中得出的结果是,不是应急检查的检验,多数需要医疗人员外出检验。其中不能完成自足式检验的因素有很多。结论针对基层医疗机构临床免疫检验的现状调查,得出了相应的结论。在免疫检验实施中,由于操作的医疗人员和仪器设备的不足,导致免疫检验不能完全配备并建立,需要在这方面进行医疗品质的提升。

Objective According to the current status of the medical service in the grassroots medical institutions, this article presented status quo of clinical immunoassay. Methods Choosing some hospitals and community health service center for sampling analysis investi-gation. 88 residents were selected. We made immune inspection system in the observation and quality control in the control group.Through analyzing and compareding, we made the immune test in clinical efficacy and risk analysis of operation. Results In grassroots medical institutions the status quo of clinical immunology test investigation concluded as a result, not emergency inspection inspection,most need medical personnel to go out inspection. There were many factors that cannot complete self-contained test. Conclusion Based on the status quo of grassroots medical institutions clinical immunology test investigation, the corresponding conclusions were obtained. In im-mune inspection implement, due to a shortage of medical personnel and equipment for operation, lead to immune inspection cannot be ful-ly equipped and established, and the quality of the medical treatment in this aspect need to be improved.
