探讨不同种类的淀粉特性及其对盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊溶出度的影响

摘要 目的探讨不同种类的淀粉特性以及对于盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊溶出度的影响。方法测定了玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉的颗粒形态和凝沉性,同时以盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊为模型药物,分别考察了玉米淀粉和马铃薯淀粉作为崩解剂对于胶囊溶出度的影响。结果马铃薯淀粉颗粒大,呈卵形或圆形,抗凝沉性好,而玉米淀粉颗粒小,呈圆形或多角形,棱角明显,抗凝沉性差,此种特性差异导致了含有玉米淀粉的胶囊溶出度比含马铃薯淀粉的胶囊溶出度差。结论不同种类的淀粉对于难溶性药物胶囊的溶出度表现出不同的特性。 Objective To evaluate the effect of characteristics of different kinds of starch on the dissolution of flunarizine hydrochloride capsules. Methods We measured the particle shape and solidification-sedimentation characteristics of maize starch and potato starch, and used flunarizine hydrochloride capsules as the model drug to evaluate dissolution with maize starch and potato starch as the disintegration. Results Potato starch had bigger round particles with good anti-solidification-sedimentation, while maize starch had irregular shape smaller particles with poor anti-solidification-sedimentation. These different characteristics resulted in poor dissolution for capsules with maize starch as the disintegration. Conclusion Different kinds of starch show different dissolution properties for insoluble capsules.
