简述了味精行业发展现状和清洁生产概念的提出,通过分析味精生产工艺流程、产排污情况和用能情况,介绍了目前味精行业常用的清洁生产技术。最后,对今后味精行业清洁生产工作的重点提出了建议。

The paper was introduced the development present situation of monosodium glutamate industry and the concept of cleaner production, described the current cleaner production technologies commonly used in monosodium glutamate industry through the analysis of the production process, sewage and energy situation of monosodium glutamate. Then finally, some suggestions was put forward about future work of cleaner production in monosodium glutamate industry.
