摘要
基于随机网络模型(GERT模型)的相关内容,构建博士后人才成长的基准模型,并以南京地区各高校博士后人才成长的实际数据为例进行求解,得出现行博士后制度影响下博士后人才成长的概率为1.968 4﹪。进一步的,构建博士后人才成长对比模型,经计算发现,在更为完善的博士后制度影响下博士后人才成长的概率提升至2.780 8%。据此提出相关对策建议。
This paper built a benchmark model of post - doctoral fellows' growth based on GERT network model, and col- lected the real data of post - doctoral fellows' growth in Nanjing area to calculate the benchmark model. The result showed that the probability of post - doctoral fellows' growth was 1. 9684%. Meanwhile, this paper built a contrast model of post - doctoral fellows' growth and calculated the probability of post -doctoral fellows' growth was 2. 7808%. Finally, it provid- ed some related policies.
