摘要
产品质量是21世纪企业竞争的关键要素之一,而企业质量文化决定了企业的产品质量。通过系统解构日本企业质量文化的构成体系发现,日本质量文化已经形成了由质量文化内层、中层和外层构成的相互支撑的完整体系。对我国企业质量文化的现状和原因进行分析后,借鉴日本企业质量文化的形成经验,从政府层面、企业层面和社会层面提出我国企业质量文化构建的具体路径。
Product quality is one of the key elements in business competition in the 21st century, and the quality culture determines the product quality. By a deconstruction of Japanese corporate quality culture, this paper found that Japanese corporate quality culture has formed a complete system supported by the inner, middle and outer composition. After the a- nalysis to the status and cause of quality culture for China's enterprises, drawing from the experience of Japanese compa- nies, this paper proposed specific path to building quality culture of China's enterprises from the level of government, corpo- rate and the society.
