摘要
20世纪中期以来,随着高等教育质量评估理论和实践的发展、高等教育经费的大幅增加和高校人才培养功能中心地位的回归,学习结果评价成为世界高等教育质量评估的热点之一。目前,经合组织、美国和澳大利亚等组织和国家已经建立了高等教育学习结果评价体系,在评价的理念、目的、主体、技术和工具等方面为我国高等教育质量评估提供了可借鉴经验和启示。
Since the middle of 20th century, along with the development of higher education quality evaluation theory and practice, the increased funds and the return of the personnel training in universities, the assessment of learning outcomes has become to one of the hotspots of higher education quality evaluation. Up to now, OECD, the United States, Australia and other countries have had mature system in the assessment of higher education learning outcomes. Meanwhile, some experience appears in terms of the concept, objective, subject, skill and tool of higher education quality evaluation.
