摘要
直肠癌的放疗模式经历了从术后放疗→术后同期放化疗→术前同期放化疗的转变,放射治疗技术亦经历了从二维到三维、粗放到精准放疗的过渡。下面就放疗靶区与剂量、正常组织的保护、放射治疗新技术的应用三方面进行阐述。
