补中益气丸治疗乳腺癌肿瘤相关性疲劳的临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨补中益气丸对乳腺癌患者的肿瘤相关性疲劳的治疗作用。方法 45例乳腺癌肿瘤相关性疲劳患者,分治疗组:补中益气丸+常规治疗23例;常规治疗组(对照组)22例。使用简短疲劳评估量表进行自评,观察两个疗程后两组评分变化。结果两个疗程的治疗后,治疗组有效率为78.2%,对照组有效率为50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气丸治疗乳腺癌肿瘤相关性疲劳有显著疗效,能改善乳腺癌患者的疲劳症状,降低肿瘤相关性疲劳的程度。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Pill in the treatment of breast - cancer - related fatigue. Methods 45 cases of patients with breast - cancer - related fatigue were divided into the treatment group with 23 cases who were treated with Buzhong Yiqi Pill and conventional treatment and the control group with 22 cases who were treated with conventional method alone. The brief fatigue inventory was used for self - assessment, and the score change was observed after two courses of treatment of the two groups. Results After two courses of treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 78.2%, and that of the control group was 50%. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi pill is significantly effective in the treatment of cancer - related fatigue which can alleviate the fatigue of patients with breast cancer and reduce the degree of cancer - related fatigue.
