调脂益肝汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脂肪肝的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Chinese medicine tiaozhi profit liver soup joint atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of fatty liver

目的观察自拟中药调脂益肝汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脂肪肝的的临床疗效。方法选取2008年2月-2015年2月本中心门诊收治脂肪肝患者62例,所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。治疗组予益肝灵口服、阿托伐他汀钙片和自拟中药调脂益肝汤治疗;对照组予益肝灵口服、阿托伐他汀钙片,2组病例均治疗12周。观察2组的临床症状、体质量指数、肝功能、血脂、B型超声等指标的变化,有关资料作统计学处理。结果治疗组总有效率80.6%明显高于对照组的51.6%(P<0.05);2组实验室检查指标治疗后均较治疗前降低,且治疗组较对照组降低程度大(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后主症积分与体质量指数较治疗前变化差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组主症积分与体质量指数治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药调脂益肝汤联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗脂肪肝安全有效,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） tiaozhi profit liver soup joint Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods From February 2008 to February 2015,62 cases of fatty liver patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 31 cases. The treatment group was given Yi gan ling tablets oral,atorvastatin calcium tablets and tiaozhi profit liver soup for treatment; The control group was given Yi gan ling tablets oral and atorvastatin calcium tablets. The clinical symptoms,body mass index,the change of liver function,blood lipids,Type B ultrasonic index of 2 groups were observed and analyzed statistically. Both groups were treated for 12 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80. 6%,which was higher than 51. 6% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the laboratory examination index decreased in 2 groups,and the treatment group decreased obviously compared with the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In the treatment group,the differences of main symptom score and body mass index were statistically significant before and after treatment（ P〈0. 05）. In the control group,the differences of main symptom score and body mass index were not statistically significant before and after treatment（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The Chinese medicine tiaozhi profit liver soup joint atorvastatin calcium tablets is safe and effective in the treatment of fatty liver,which is worthy of clinical application.
