家庭支持性心理干预对首发精神分裂症患者复发情况的影响

Effect on the recurrence of family support psychological intervention on first-episode schizophrenic patients

目的探讨家庭支持性心理干预对精神分裂症患者复发情况的影响。方法选取2008年1月-2010年3月收治的首次确诊精神分裂症患者109例(实际入组患者),按病案单双号分为干预组58例与对照组51例。对照组进行常规的社区管理,干预组在常规的社区管理的基础上进行家庭支持性心理干预,分别于第1、3、6、12、24及36个月末时对复发例数进行统计。结果干预组第3、6、12、24及36个月末时复发例数均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论家庭支持性心理干预对预防首发精神分裂症的复发有有积极的意义,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect on the recurrence of family support psychological intervention on first-ep- isode schizophrenic patients. Methods From January 2008 to March 2010, 108 cases of patients diagnosed first-episode schizophrenia were divided into intervention group （58 cases）and control group （51 cases） according to the hospital medical record number of single and double. The control group received community management routine, while the intervention group was given family supportive psychological intervention based on community management. The number of recurrent cases was statistically at the end of first, 3,6,12,24 and 36 months. Results In intervention group, at the end of 3,6,12 and 24 months, the number of recurrent cases was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The family supportive psychological intervention can reduce the recurrence in patients with first-episode schizophrenia, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
