通窍祛瘀汤有效成分固体分散体吸湿性研究

Hygroscopicity study on active ingredient of Tongqiaoquyu decoction

目的研究通窍祛瘀汤有效成分固体分散体吸湿性,为开发该中药复方奠定基础。方法将制成的固体分散体置于不同环境中,测试其吸湿性,运用单因素成组比较法进行比较。结果在设定的环境中,制成固体分散体被测物的吸湿性明显低于未制成固体分散体的被测物。结论中药复方提取粉末制成固体分散体,可使其中有效成分的溶出度得到提高,达到提高生物利用的目的。

Objective The solid dispersion hygroscopicity studied on Tongqiaoquyu decoction active ingredient, for the de- velopment of the traditional Chinese medicine. Methods In a different environment, hygroscopicity the solid dispersion of it, compared with the single factor group comparison method. Results In setting environment, the hygroscopicity of the solid dispersion on Tongqiaoquyu decoction active ingredient is below the powder of it. Conclusion It is necessary that the solid dispersion is made by Chinese herbal compound extract powder, to achieve the purpose of improving biological utilization in the dissolution of the active ingredient level improved.
