和胃安神法治疗胃痛合并失眠疗效及对患者生活质量的影响

Treatment of stomachache with insomnia by Hewei Anshen method and its impact on patients' quality of life

目的探讨和胃安神法治疗慢性胃痛合并失眠的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法将102例患者随机分为治疗组52例,对照组50例,对照组给予奥美拉唑联合枣仁安神胶囊治疗,治疗组采用和胃安神法治疗,疗程均为8周,观察2组治疗后临床疗效和安全性,并对治疗组患者治疗前后生活质量进行评估。结果治疗组总有效率90.38%,高于对照组的62.00%(P<0.05);2组均未发生明显不良反应;治疗组WHOQOL-BREF量表测评结果显示患者治疗后在生理领域、心理领域和社会领域评分均显著增加(P<0.05),环境领域评分虽有增加但无统计学意义。结论和胃安神法治疗慢性胃痛合并失眠,能明显改善胃痛及失眠症状,安全稳定,可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy and discussion of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic stomachache with insomnia, and to evaluate the treatment effect of the quality of life of the patients. Methods Selected 102 cases as the research object were divided into treatment group 52 cases and 50 cases in control group, control group were treated with omeprazole combined with Zaorenanshen capsule treatment, treatment group is the ap- plication of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment, two patients in treatment group were treated for 8 weeks, to observe the safety and clinical efficacy of two groups of patients after treatment, and the evaluation of quality of life were observed before and after treatment of patients. Results Treatment group total effective rate 90.38 %, higher than the control group of 62.00% （P 〈 0.05）;Two groups were not obvious adverse reaction; treatment group WHOQOL BREF-scale test results show that after treatment in patients with in the field of physiological, psychological and social fields scores were significantly increased （ P 〈 0.05）, although environmental rating has increased but without statistical signifi- cance. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment chronic stomach pain with insomnia, can obviously improve stomach pains and insomnia, security, stability and can improve the patients quality of life.
