中药熏洗对全膝关节置换术后患者康复的影响

Herbal fumigation on rehabilitation in patients after total knee replacement

目的观察舒筋活血、消肿通络中药熏洗对全膝关节置换术后患者康复的影响。方法选取严重膝关节骨性关节炎并行全膝关节置换术患者40例,依据术后是否加用中药熏洗分为治疗组及对照组,各20例,2组全膝关节置换术后均进行常规康复锻炼,治疗组术后2周拆线后即给予中药熏洗膝关节,对照组术后仅进行常规康复训练。对比2组术前及术后2,4,6周膝关节功能HSS评分变化。结果治疗组术后4,6周HSS总分改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且膝关节疼痛、行走功能及关节活动度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗过程中未发生不良反应。结论中药熏洗可有效缓解全膝关节置换术后患者局部疼痛及肿胀,改善关节及行走功能,有利于患者术后康复。

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbs fumigation that can relax the muscles and stimulate the blood circulation, subside the swelling and dredge the collaterals on the rehabilitation in the patients after total knee replacement. Methods A total of 40 patients who were suffered from severe knee osteoarthritis, underwent total knee replacement and di- vided into the treatment group and the control group with 20 cases in each group according to the condition that whether there was a herbal fumigation or not. The patients in the two groups were performed with routine rehabilitation exercises after total knee replacement. The patients in the treatment were immediately given herbal fumigation of knee joints two weeks after surgery and being removed the stitches, while the patients in the control were only performed with routine rehabilitation exer- cises. The changes of HSS scores before operation, 2,4,6 weeks after operation in the two groups were compared. Results The improvements of HSS scores 4,6 weeks after operation in the treatmentgroup were significantly superior to those in the control group （P 〈 0.05） ;and the !mprovement of knee joint pain, walking function, and joint movement were significantly superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. No adverse reactions occurred during the treating process in the treatment group. Conclusion Herbal fumigation can effectively relieve the local pains and swelling in the patients after total knee re- placement, improve the joint and walking functions, and is beneficial to the patients＇ postoperative rehabilitation.
