毫米波治疗恶性肿瘤临床疗效及影响因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 毫米波多与化放疗联用或与中药联用,增强化放疗及中药治疗肿瘤的临床疗效,减轻化放疗引起的骨髓抑制,白细胞减少等全身及局部不良反应;并可以杀灭或抑制癌细胞,减轻癌性疼痛、提高生存率及生活质量、提高恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能。临床中发现有很多因素影响毫米波疗效的发挥,如频率、腧穴定位、患者体表状况、治疗头部与患者体表间的距离、衣物、室温、治疗剂量等均为不稳定因素。 Application of millimeter wave treatment of tumor was popular, and usually combined with chemotherapy or radio- therapy, or Chinese traditional medicine to reduce the bone marrow suppression, alleviate the leukopenia, strengthen the re- lieve cancerous pain, improve survival rate and life quality and the immune function of patients with malignant tumor. How- ever, in the clinic practice, we found that there are some factors influencing the clinic effects of the millimeter wave, such as frequency of treatment, acupoints of location, condition of epidermis, clothing, room temperature, therapeutic doses, and dis- tance from emitter of millimeter to body surface. Here we made detailed analysis and put forward some reasonable suggestions to ensure the curative effects of the millimeter wave in clinic application.
