摘要
通过在热重分析仪和固定床试验台上进行不同温度下CO2气氛的印刷线路板的气化实验得到印刷线路板在不同温度区间的气化规律,并利用气相色谱仪/质谱仪重点分析了固定床实验中所收集到的液体油的性质,结果表明,气化过程中环氧树脂非溴化部分生成苯酚类、萘及呋喃类物质;产物中的溴苯胺则来源于环氧树脂中的溴化部分。
Gasification experiments of a typical printed circuit board had been carried out in a thermogravimetric analyzer and a fixed bed under carbon dioxide atmosphere conditions. These experiments are with various terminate temperature. It's found that there are different characteristics during different temperature range. In the following part of this paper, the liquid boil collected in the experiment process is analyzed by using GC/MS. The results show that the main products from the gasification of incriminated part were substituted by phenols, naphthalene, and furan. Broman lines the gasification of brominates part of epoxy resin.
