中国启动加入WTO《政府采购协议》(GPA)谈判,这是继加入WTO后,中国在对外经贸领域开展的又一项重大谈判。政府采购市场逐步开放和政府采购活动国际化将构成我国未来经济改革与发展的一大宏观趋势。中国朝向GPA的发展必将面临政府采购法律国际化的要求和挑战,在新的国际背景下研究中国政府采购法制改革问题具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
China formally started up the negotiations of joining the GPA, this is another major negotiations in the field of foreign trade and economic after the accession to the WTO. Gradually opening up government procurement market and government procurement internationalization would constitute a macro-trend of China＇s economic reform and development in the future. The development of China toward the GPA will be challenges and demands of the government procurement law internationalization, the study on China＇s government procurement legal system reform has important theoretical value and practical significance under the new international background.
