摘要
为了提高制造过程的任务可靠性,定量表征不同返修策略下任务可靠度与基本可靠度的变化,基于应力—强度干涉理论建立了可重构制造系统的返修模型。通过统计分析实际加工过程的大量历史数据,拟合出制造过程能力与任务载荷间的函数关系,基于提出的返修模型计算给定输入量情况下不同返修策略的任务可靠度和单位成本,通过加权决策值分析各返修策略的优劣,进而得到最优返修策略。通过应用案例验证了上述返修决策方法的适用性。
To improve the mission reliability of the manufacturing process and to quantitatively represent the changes of basic reliability and mission reliability in different rework strategies, a rework model based on stress-strength in- terference theory was built up. Through statistically analyzing the large amounts of historical data produced from the actual process, the function between reliability and mission payload could be simulated. The mission reliability and unit costs of each rework strategy based on the rework model were calculated under the given input quantities. Each rework strategy could be analyzed by calculating with the weighted decision value, and then the best rework strategy was found. An application case was used to prove the correctness of the method.
