摘要
江苏省扬州旅游商贸学校坚持"育人为本"的办学理念,注重创新,积极探索行之有效的教学方式、方法,逐步构建了以"教师潜能助学,教学潜能促学,比赛潜能励学,考评潜能督学,教研潜能导学,资源潜能活学"为内容的"潜能教学"体系。"潜能教学"破解了当前中职教学面临的诸多难题,成效显著,实现了"校风有口碑、比赛有成绩、毕业有门路、品牌有地位"的"潜能教育"梦想。
