摘要 随着职业院校从规模扩张到内涵建设的转型,创新发展,内涵建设、质量提升是每一所职业院校所面临的共同课题。江苏联合职业技术学院徐州财经分院紧紧围绕内涵发展这条主线,构建了"立德树人育人理念、培养模式品牌标识、课程改革科研引领、督导保障制度创新、师资队伍团队建设、校企联动三圆同心、技能大赛全面覆盖、学校管理数字支撑"的教育教学质量提升体系,在职业院校人才培养方面进行了有效的探索与实践,具有一定的借鉴作用和推广价值。 From scale expansion to connotation construction, vocational colleges face the common problems of transformation, innovation and development, connotation construction and quality improvement. Focusing on the connotation development, Xuzhou Vocational Technology Academy of Finance & Economies constructs the education and teaching quality improvement system including moral education concept, brand training mode, curriculum reform and research leading, supervision and security system innovation, teaching faculty construction, school-enterprise cooperation, comprehensive coverage of skills competition, and digital school management". It undertakes effective exploration and practice on talent training in vocational colleges, and has made some achievement with certain reference value.
