摘要
"五课"教研活动旨在提高职业教育教学质量,实现职业教育课程改革目标。其作用不仅是规范教师教学行为,还可在更深层面上提升教师课程实施能力。它有利于教师形成正确的教学理念、课程意识,提高教学能力,为教师的个人发展提供外部压力与内在驱动力。"五课"教研后职业教育仍应聚焦教师课程实施能力。
The aim of educational research of "five teaching stages" is to improve the teaching quality of vocational education and achieve the target of curriculum reform. Its function not only lies in regulating teachers' teaching behaviors, but more in improving their curriculum implementation abilities. It is advantageous to form the teachers' correct teaching concepts and curriculum consciousness, improve their teaching abilities, and provide outer pressure and inner driven force for their personal development.
