中等专业学校特色专业与当地支柱产业匹配情况调查分析——基于江苏省如东中等专业学校化工专业视角

A Research Analysis of the Matching of Secondary Vocational School Characteristic Professions and the Local Pillar Industries: A Case Study

调查显示,中等专业学校特色专业与当地支柱产业匹配度低,专业方向与企业岗位不匹配;专业培养规模与产业岗位需求不匹配。匹配度低的主要原因是地方政府相关体制机制不健全、学校服务区域经济发展意识不强及办学条件不足、企业参与职业教育的积极性不高、社会认可度低等。提高中等专业学校专业结构与当地支柱产业岗位需求吻合度,须形成"政府、行业、学校、企业联动机制"。

The investigation shows that there is a low matching degree in secondary vocational school characteristic professions and the local pillar industries. It mainly refers to the mismatch of professional directions and business positions, and that of professional training scale and industry requirements. The major reasons are as follows： the imperfect system and mechanism, weak consciousness for schools to serve regional economic development, lack of school-running conditions, lack of enthusiasm for enterprises to participate in vocational education, and low social recognition. In order to improve the matching degree of secondary vocational school characteristic professions and local pillar industries, the ＂linkage mechanism of government, industries, schools and enterprises＂ should be formed.
