硝苯地平控制片联合依那普利分散片治疗高血压性心脏病的疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Nifedipine Zyban Combined with Enalaprilat Dispersible Tablets in the Treatment of Hypertensive Heart Disease

目的:探讨硝苯地平控制片和依那普利分散片联合用于治疗高血压性心脏病的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2011年4月-2013年3月收治的120例高血压性心脏病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组给予基础药物进行治疗,观察组患者则在对照组治疗的基础上加用硝苯地平控制片和依那普利分散片进行治疗,6周为一疗程。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后心率、血压、LVEF值变化情况及治疗1年后的预后不良情况及死亡率。结果:经治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率91.67%(55/60)明显高于对照组的65.00%(39/60),差异有统计学意义(字2=11.0475,P=0.0009)。两组患者治疗后的心率、血压与LVEF值改变程度均明显优于治疗前,且观察组以上各观察指标均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗1年后预后不良率及死亡率比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硝苯地平控制片和依那普利分散片联合用于治疗高血压性心脏病能够取得良好的临床疗效,且价格便宜,患者的依从性好,特别值得在基层医院推广。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Nifedipine Zyban combined with Enalaprilat Dispersible Tablets in the treatment of hypertensive heart disease.Method：120 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to our hospital from April 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given basic drugs for treatment,the observation group was given Nifedipine Zyban combined with Enalaprilat Dispersible Tablets on the basis of the control group,6 weeks for a course of treatment.The clinical efficacy,the changes of heart rate,blood pressure,LVEF value before and after treatment and poor prognosis and mortality after 1 year of treatment between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The total effective rate of observation group was 91.67%（55/60）,which was significantly higher than 65.00%（39/60） of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=11.0475,P=0.0009）.The changes of heart rate,blood pressure and LVEF value in the two groups after treatment were significantly better than before treatment,and the above observation indexes of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There were no statistically significant differences in the poor prognosis and mortality after 1 year of treatment between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Nifedipine Zyban combined with Enalaprilat Dispersible Tablets for the treatment of hypertensive heart disease can obtain good clinical curative effect,and the price is cheap,with good compliance,is particularly worth popularizing in primary hospitals.
